Enrollment Information

Thank you for your interest in Mound Street Academies. If you're here on our site, a traditional public school setting likely did not adequately meet your child's needs. We welcome you and are happy to answer any questions you may have to help you determine if MSA is the right fit for your family.

The Enrollment Process

If you're ready to begin the enrollment process, here are the steps to take:

  1. Set up an appointment with The Fast Forward Center. They provide intake and testing for eligible students. You can find their contact information under the heading "Enrollment Info."
  2. Bring the following items with you to the appointment:
    • Birth certificate of the enrolling student
    • Proof of residency such as a recent bill or copy of a rental agreement
    • A copy of the student's most recent report card
  3. Fill out the required registration forms.

In accordance with state law, all students must be immunized to attend school at MSA unless they have filed the appropriate exemption paperwork. To learn more about the specific requirements of this law, please see the immunization information at the Ohio Department of Health website.
